We believe that equitable and affordable access to quality literature and other learning resources are foundational to building strong, healthy communities. We also believe in the importance of giving back and supporting those communities we both serve and live in, whether through volunteerism, in-kind contributions, and/or other forms of support.
As part of our commitment to promoting equitable access to literacy and life-long learning for all a percentage of all sales are reinvested into community, supporting area schools, local non-profits, and philanthropic-focused organizations engaged in advancing the lives of young people, whether related to pre-K and early childhood literacy, the arts, or career readiness programs for disadvantaged youth. A percentage of these funds are also dedicated to providing broader community relief during times of critical need.
